Her journey took her from web developer to programmer analyst to cloud engineer, where she met her business partner, Jesus Maria, at Boeing.

Erin’s vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping MSquared into a hub of innovation and creativity.

Outside of tech, Erin enjoys amateur photography, capturing landscapes and portraits, and is a film enthusiast with a particular love for grindhouse cinema.

Jesus Maria, originally from the Caribbean, brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to MSquared thanks to his close to 30 years of experience.

His love for beaches and heavy metal music is matched by his passion for coding and innovative tech solutions. Jesus has a collection of guitars, each tuned differently, and often takes breaks from his tech work to create new riffs.

His artistic flair extends to illustrations, making him a versatile and dynamic leader at MSquared. Together with Erin, Jesus has helped build a company that blends creative vision with elevated platform engineering.
